Cameron Killick

Cameron Killick is a new face in the Vancouver music scene. He is going into his second year of music at Douglas College. He spent his entire thirteen year school education at Pacific Academy in Surrey and sang in their senior choir, senior vocal jazz and chamber choir ensembles. They performed, among other things, selections of Handel’s Messiah, Vivaldi’s Gloria, and the Rutter Requiem. He also has performed in several Musical Theater productions, including such titles as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof and Les Miserables. He is a long time student and friend of Craig Tompkins, and has studied for the past year with Eric Hannan. Aside from his normal teachers, he has worked with several prominent Vancouver musicians such as Perry Price, Dale Throness, Nancy Hermiston and Judith Forst. In those rare moments when he’s not singing, Cameron enjoys studying military history, and of course, taking long walks on the beach.
