It wouldn’t be a Vancouver December without Handel’s Messiah. But this season’s model, courtesy of the Vancouver Cantata Singers under the direction of Jean-Marie Zeitouni, proved more than many audience members bargained for: a virtually complete performance of the entire score in a fresh, period-informed interpretation. |
